Multiple support tickets and no one is helping me

I placed my (Order #1041 Abdullah Rashed) on October 20 and now it’s November 6, my shipping method was 2 day priority mail, I didn’t get any shipping updates or a tracking number, I opened multiple support tickets and didn’t get any response, the last ticket I got a response on is included in the screenshot

if you can’t find my order can you at least refund me so I can make a new order?
