Feature Request - Control LEDS via Midi

I’d love an easy way to control the LEDs via Midi commands so I could say program a step sequencer in MAX or JUCE.

Clearly, I could use the API to control the LEDs, but then I’d need to reinvent the wheel to get the normal MIDI/MPE functionality working.

For a working example of how this could be implemented, the Livid Minim supports LED control via MIDI, documented here http://wiki.lividinstruments.com/wiki/Minim_MIDI_Specification#LED_Direct_Channel

Thanks for the feature request. I have added the idea to our internal feedback. I think having a way to control LEDs via MIDI, SysEx or other method would be a great idea.
