What are the other options apart from Garageband?

I am using Windows and I want to use Garageband app but it is not available for Windows. So what are the other options?

You can find some free software for music making on Windows, the obvious one is Reaper or Cakewalk. These two are free to use. Personally I would recommend you Reaper, because it’s free alternative for Pro Tools and it easy to use.
