Sensel App does not recognize Buchla Thunder configuration

After switching to a new computer the new installed Sensel App does not recognize the maps of my already configured buchla thunder controller.

I tried 32/64-bit version of sensel app. If I connect the thunder controller to the app I have to add a new overlay and can not make use of my old settings anymore?

What could be the reason for it?

In this case, I think the thing to know about the SenselApp is that it doesn’t query the Morph for its settings and create a map in the software. The settings and maps you sent previously ARE on the Morph, but they don’t show up in the SenselApp. (Anticipating a response, I can say “I agree this is not ideal.”).
You can get the map files from your old computer and transfer them to the new one, either by using the “Export Map” feature in Sensel App so you can save it to a file, or grab the whole lot of map files from the settings folder. The SenselApp saves the map files at:

  • Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/unity.Sensel.SenselApp/
  • Windows: %appdata%/../LocalLow/Sensel/SenselApp/
