Specific USB hub recommendaiton?

Hey everyone, I have issues when I connect my Morph, a Playtronica TouchMe, and a Maschine sampler to my usb hub, which has an external adapter for power. I use a TP-Link 7 port hub: as I connect all three devices, the Morph goes idle, sometimes the Maschine goes idle. I cannot tell what creates the conflict, I was wondering if anyone can recommend me a stable hub to use? The TP-Link uses 12 Volts, 3.3 A.

Did anyone experience similar issues with connecting more devices and the Morph?

Thanks for any tips!

I don’t have the devices you have, but am using four Morphs on one computer. Had problems with the two hubs before (sometimes it worked, sometimes a certain number of Morphs just didn’t until it randomely worked again after some plugging in and out). Am using the Elektron Overhub now where I didn’t experience that problem yet. This costs about 60€, so not cheap. But it seems to work, at least for me.

Please see this post for a hub that is both cheap and known to work reliably (in my experience comparing a number of different hubs) with 4 Morphs:

Use this one.
Anker [Upgraded Version] USB 3.0 SuperSpeed 10-Port Hub Including a BC 1.2 Charging Port with 60W (12V / 5A) Power Adapter [VIA VL812-B2 Chipset and Updated Firmware 9081] AH231.

I have two working in the same machine.

Only split all you USB 2.0 to one hub and USB 3.0 to the other one to not loose speed. I have a lot of products and keys connected on them. perfect. Other people in Computer Music area use this one.

Buy on Amazon and for any reason you have problems, only return.

Thank you, that makes…“sense”! I’ll look into it and buy one.

I have an ankor hub and it works fine for some things. This is device the sensel needs for many other things. Should really just be packaged with the morph?
