I use Reaper to edit video, and need to change some of the video editing overlay map to the relevant commands. When I add shift to mouse wheel for navigation it still behaves as just mouse wheel, which on reaper is zoom, not navigate.
I just discovered this same bug yesterday. I’ve filed it with our engineers, I hope we can address it soon.
