He does not show how he made the mold and what material he used. I have used clearflex in the past which feels a lot like the clear Sensel overlay.

Maybe you’re right. At the time I worked with clearflex we did not have 3D-printing (at least not that much) and we made our own molds, but I forgot the name of the material we used.

tl;dr - it’s great! I’m loving my silicone overlays!
