Hello, friends. We’re thrilled to announce the new Sensel object for Pure Data and Purr-data, made in partnership with Virginia Tech’s Linux Laptop Orchestra (L2Ork): GitHub - sensel/PD-objects: For integrating the Sensel API as objects in PureData
As you can see in this video demonstration from @peter_sensel, It provides 20 parameters on up to 16 contacts on the Morph. This allows rapid creation and prototyping of new touch interfaces for music, sound, lighting, video, and 3D.
In the video example, each contact controls the pan, filter, and pitch of a simple sawtooth waveform.The pitches are quantized to a scale. Additionally, average distance of all contacts controls the reverb mix. Contacts are also controlling the brightness and RGB mix of two DMX controlled lights.
