How does slide and pressure work in such small cubes? Does it respond well?

@Benbee I don’t own a linnstrument so I can’t compare it to the top of the line experience but I find it very usable. I am mostly doing sliding bass lines but I know others who do chords and all that.

Final version is finished. Added a small tab to assist in overlay removal.

This looks fantastic!!!

Great work! Would you be willing to share the file that you used to print this?

“New users can’t upload attachments”

It’s telling me.

Is there any way to get access?

overlay sticker v2.zip (16.6 KB)
Apparently that post put me over the bar into trusted user? Or is someone on top of it this late at night?

Either way, here’s the file. It should be ready to submit for printing as is. I have a few extra printed out if anyone is intrested.

Hi @kaipyroami - Happy New Year!

Do you still have any of these overlays left? If so, I would like to purchase one - please let me know.

Thanks!

I’m a Linnstrument 128 owner here (love it by the way) and have been following this thread for the last year or so.

As compact as the Linnstrument is I am often wishing for an even smaller and lighter isomorphic controller for songwriting out of my studio. As a guitarist who also plays some piano I find Linnstrument’s layout very easy to translate chord shapes to and the most efficient way to cram in several octaves in the small controller.

I also own the Joue Pro which isn’t customizable like Morph and doesn’t offer an expanded grid overlay. I find their guitar overlay too cramped for chords. The new Erae Touch looks amazing but is even bigger, and the Launchpad and Push 2 are not any more compact.

I managed to snag a secondhand Morph on Reverb and excited to try the modified layout @kaipyroami uploaded.

Will share my thoughts comparing to my Linnstrument for those interested.
