Force is all 0.0 in certain frames

When I try to get the matrix data frame by frame using the senselGetFrame function in c, sometimes I met the following problem: in a press event, it should have data in this whole period of time, but I didn’t get any data in some frames in between (every pixel in the matrix has force 0.0).
