Should I update the firmware by the end of July (sunset)?

I have some unopened-unused morphs as spares.
I am concerned that firmware will not be supplied after the “sunset”.
Should I be sure to open and update the firmware by the end of July?
Or can I download the latest updater from somewhere?

Hi @Ebee. Great question! You’ll still be able to update the firmware after July, but I suggest you do it prior, juuuust in case.

Hello Mark from Sensel. Mark from Little Rock, here. Is Version 0.19.298 Firmware still the latest and greatest? To put another way, is it the Final Firmware?

Yes that is the final firmware.

Ok! Just under the bell, plugged in and detected my Morph. Overlay UI says I’m at Firmware Version 0.19.212 (though oddly, down at the very bottom right, it says ‘v0.19.32’)

– If I hit Reinstall Firmware, nothing seems to happen.

Thoughts?

Success! I quit Sensel.app and restarted, and it immediately queued me to update firmware. Worked without a hitch, and now I feel I am ready for the long dark forever ahead! Sensel is eternal! Thank you, Sensel. Please don’t forget the dream. We’ll be here making music with the Morph, waiting for the stars to align once again… :slight_smile:
