I’ve seen this from time to time, and I generally solve it by plugging it into a USB charger and ignore it for a while, usually overnight. This generally revives it. Then, unplug from usb, and hold the power button down. The lights should flash and eventually the top right LED will turn blue. Hold the power button down for a few seconds to turn it off, then plug into USB.
