Doubled hits - Bottom left of controller

Hi,
I appear to get a lot of issues (at the bottom left of my controller only), whether that be on the piano, music production or drum overlays with repeat notes. I’m definitely only hitting it once but getting a doubled note or drum hit each time. I’ve tried the obvious resets and firmware updates. Any ideas? Is this faulty?

Hi @stothew. Sorry to hear you’re encountering this problem. Could you please provide more details about your set up? What OS are you using? What DAW, etc?

Hi Matt,

I’m using a MacBook Pro on Catalina when wired using predominantly Logic and occasionally Reason and via Bluetooth using an iPad Pro 2020 with Cubasis or BeatMaker. Same outcome on all DAWs and connections.

You might try increasing the sensitivity on that bottom left pad or area using the sensel app.
