I’m using the overlay. I placed some paper underneath it. I then used some scissors to cut the side of the paper. I pressed the overlay during this. The LEDs froze. Even unplugged the lights are still on. The software and computer no longer recognizes the device.
Can you hold the power button down for a couple seconds and let the LED turn blue, then hold the power button for about 10 seconds. Plug the morph in to your computer and hold the power button for about 10 seconds - the light will go red then off.
