Hello Forum,
FYI: just bought the inexpensive Quanta granular sampler form audiodamage. It supports MPE and works really nicely with the Morph.

hi
i have Quanta and i am interested in exploring the MPE stuff as Sensel is my only MPE device
How do you connect it to the ipad? Ad-hoc?
Just received my Sensel today so forgive the Noob questions
I should have been more clear, I’m using it as a plug-in. Can’t say anything about the iPad version, sorry.
Hi shreeswifty,
For using MPE on an ipad, we suggest connecting over USB. The Morph currently only works with the powered USB camera connector and must be plugged into a power source. Eventually we will add support for the non-powered adapter.
You can also connect over Bluetooth, but Bluetooth hasn’t been optimized for MPE yet, so YMMV. We’ll be improving that in the future as well. First, connect the Morph in the Bluetooth menu. Then, connect to the Bluetooth MIDI port. This can be done in most MIDI apps, but can also be done in Garageband (https://support.apple.com/kb/PH24860?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US). Here’s some more information in our guide, http://guide.sensel.com/morph/#ios
Hope that helps!
Hi, I’ve just started in with the Morph and trying it with different MPE capable synths and am having an issue with Quanta. I’m running it as a VST3 in Bitwig Studio with MacOS 10.12.6. The bitwig MPE overlay works with the built in plugins (and sends MPE data correctly). But with Quanta it only sends normal MIDI when the MPE setting in Quanta is off (what I would expect) but then does not produce any sound once I enable the MPE setting in Quanta. I’m using the latest version of Quanta and the latest firmware on the Morph. Anyone having this issue or is Quanta working okay for you?
