[SOLVED]: Buchla Thunder Load Preset Button Not Working For me

I just received a Sensel Morph with the Buchla Thunder overlay. I updated to the latest firmware. I am finding that the Load Preset control (found at the top center of the layout) has no effect. The sensor is working – as tapping in the region is recognized but the Load Preset command has no effect.

What am I doing wrong?

I know someone else with the same problem.

Since I don’t see other people here having this issue, it makes me think that maybe I am doing something wrong.

Any ideas?

Hi @easElec,

Thanks for your recent purchase! To select a new preset, hold the blue Preset Selector bar in the top row of buttons, then press one of the keys numbered 1 through 9. That will enact the change.
