Hello, I just got the sensel morph with the innovators overlay.
First time I plugged it and launched the sensel app on windows 10, it worked as a trackpad without the overlay, then I did a simple layout for the innovator`s overlay and uploaded it and it worked.
Later I tried to edit the layout, and send it again and the app keep stuck on the “sending map” message and the sensel stoppped work.
I can pair it over bluetooth but the sensel app can’t recognize it.
i have this problem, but a little different. I can send the map to morph once with the app open, but if I try and do it MORE than one time it gets stuck. I have to close the app and reopen it, and then it works again. On Mac Big Sur, Macbook Pro 15" retina 2015.
Is either Ableton or Bitwig open? There some strange conflict with the control surface scripts and the Sensel App. Either disable the script in the Ableton/Bitwig prefs, or only have the SenselApp open.
Bitwig was open. That was the problem.
