Weird Slide issue on MPE XYZ

Hello, I’m having an odd issue that i don’t recall having before: in the MPE XYZ it is not reading my slide (Y axis) unless I use two fingers. This is only on my new M1 powerbook. I plugged the morph into my old Intel laptop and it the slide behaving normally with one finger.

Tested both the Buchla and Music Production overlays.

I think I’d need more detail here, since the touch to MIDI conversion happens on the morph’s microcontroller, and has nothing to do with the OS. Can you provide a video, preferably a screen cap of MIDI monitor (snoize.com) showing this.
